Job Title: Associate HR Business Partner

Location: Manchester / Hybrid – 2 days per week

This role will support our Escode business, a new brand for our industry-leading Software Escrow division. As an Associate HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the wider people team and key business stakeholders to understand business needs, contribute to strategic HR initiatives, and ensure effective HR operations across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships and collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and develop solutions to support them.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management processes.
  • Support the recruitment process and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Work with data to influence and drive key decisions in the business, tracking key HR metrics to spot issues early and drive positive change.
  • Coordinate training sessions and development programs in partnership with the Talent Development Partner.
  • Contribute to HR projects aimed at improving processes and enhancing the employee experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CIPD qualified (minimum Level 5) or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a Senior HR Advisor/Junior HR Business Partner role, preferably within a global matrix business.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of HR software and systems is an advantage (Workday and Salesforce is a strong plus).
