Austin Fraser's prestigious client in the Gainsborough area is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their team as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for performing both reactive and planned maintenance across the manufacturing plant.
**Key Qualifications and Experience:**
- HNC, City & Guilds, or a time-served apprenticeship in engineering or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar maintenance role, ideally within a food manufacturing environment
- Electrical or multi-skilled expertise is required
- PLC experience is highly desirable
- SAP experience is a plus
**Salary and Benefits:**
The salary for this role is up to £47,945 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days holiday, Bank holidays, and Overtime opportunities. Our client offers a pension scheme (up to 10% match) and Life Assurance (6x salary). This role involves a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, providing a great work-life balance.
