Become a Business Expansion Specialist

Employal is a market leading organisation that is transforming the way businesses operate with their innovative SaaS solutions. We are looking for a highly motivated Business Expansion Specialist to join our team.

The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion. You will work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience for new clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage a full sales pipeline, from initial lead through to closed deal. Use CRM tools to track progress and forecast sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in SaaS sales, business development, or similar sales roles.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex software solutions in a simple and compelling way.

Salary: £31,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience.
