Support and Care Specialist for Young Children

Job Description
This role involves providing support and assistance to a child in their learning and personal development at school. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a calm and patient demeanor, and the ability to work effectively with children and adults alike. They should also have a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum and be able to adapt to the needs of the child.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum.
- Experience working with children and meeting their individual needs.
- Ability to deal with children and adults with tact and sensitivity.
- Understanding of Safeguarding principles.
