Production Operative Role

KHR - Recruitment Specialists is seeking a skilled Production Operative to join their team on a permanent contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing, filling, assembling, and packing products while ensuring quality requirements are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
- Production operations including production of bulk products from raw materials, filling containers, quality testing, and picking stock ready to be packed
- Packing operations including labelling, filling, assembling, and packing products ready for dispatch
- Assisting with periodic stock checks and annual stock-take
- Deputising for other Production Department staff as required
- Working in a safe, orderly manner with regard for the safety of others and following company health and safety policy and procedures

Requirements:
- Similar experience in a production role
- Physically fit due to heavy lifting
- Experience monitoring stock levels
- Be organised and efficient
- Be a good team player with the ability to work alone when required
