About Senior Care Specialist Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Specialist to join our team at CV-Library in Birmingham, West Midlands. As a key member of our care home team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality person-centred care and support to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
- Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
- Create a warm, welcoming environment respecting the dignity and preferences of residents.
About You:
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is required.
- Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly is necessary.
- A warm-hearted, compassionate individual committed to providing individualised care and support.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary between £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
