Responsibilities:- Developing and designing production processes to meet operational requirements.
- Analyzing data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop process improvements.
- Monitoring and evaluating production processes for quality and safety standards.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and providing recommendations for process optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Process Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma.
- Experience in the automotive or motorsport industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with CAD software and engineering design principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
$85,000 - $110,000 per year.
