About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Andretti Cadillac in the Silverstone Facility. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing production processes to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing and designing production processes to meet operational requirements.
  • Analyzing data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop process improvements.
  • Monitoring and evaluating production processes for quality and safety standards.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and providing recommendations for process optimization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Process Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experience in the automotive or motorsport industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CAD software and engineering design principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Salary:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year.
