Job Title: Electricity Servicing Technician

We are seeking an experienced Generator Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Great Yarmouth, UK.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

The Electricity Servicing Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing diesel driven generators and ancillary equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance tasks, including routine checks and repairs.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect and repair generators and associated equipment.
  • Liaise with clients and vendors to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard and in accordance with company procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in electrical engineering.
  • City & Guilds 2382-18 18th Edition certification desirable.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Estimated Salary Range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Experience with Cummins, Iveco, Perkins engines.
