Engage Education Services is seeking a skilled School Caretaker to join their team in Richmond. As a key member of the facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the school campus, ensuring the building and grounds are secure, and performing day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs.

About the Role:

  • Supervise work across the school with external and internal contractors
  • Carry out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs
  • Ensure the building and grounds are secure when not in use
  • Open the building in the morning and lock it at the end of the day
  • Check heating, lighting, and alarm systems regularly
  • Order equipment relevant to the role
  • Have good maintenance skills and work alone when needed

About You:

  • Experience working in a school environment
  • A valid DBS on the DBS update service
  • Availability to interview and start immediately
