Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Manager to join our team and take charge of risk managing our fund's new Fixed Income strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the research and implementation of new areas of risk management to support Fixed Income trading.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new risk management strategies to support Fixed Income trading
- Integrate new internal risk models and optimize capital usage
- Create new risk guidelines and work directly with Fixed Income Portfolio Managers to advise on risk limits, exposures, and hedging
- Collaborate with the Risk Management team to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Provide regular risk reports and updates to senior management
Requirements
- Proven experience in risk management, preferably in a hedge fund or investment banking environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices
