Job OverviewWe're seeking an experienced Installations Manager to oversee residential and commercial installations nationwide. You'll lead our in-house Engineers and Installation Executives, ensuring seamless customer experiences through proactive data-driven approaches.
Responsibilities- Maintain full oversight of the installation cycle for all products, ensuring compliance with manufacturer instructions and regulations.
- Proactively improve installation speed and completion rates to meet business revenue targets.
- Monitor audit procedures to maintain a smooth transition throughout the installation cycle.
- At least 3 years of experience in installation management or a similar role.
- Collaborative people management skills.
- Competitive annual salary (£55,000) depending on experience.
- Performance-related pay reviews.
