Product Specialist Job Description

Gear4Music is seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join their team. As a Product Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the development and launch of innovative musical instruments and pro audio equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities for product development.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with internal teams and overseas supply chains to design and launch new products that meet market demands.
  • Procurement and Logistics: Analyze product specifications, commercials, and investment budgets to ensure best value procurement.
  • Product Representation: Serve as the spokesperson for house brand products, presenting new products and troubleshooting existing product criteria.
Requirements:
  • Passion for Music and Audio: A genuine passion for musical instruments and pro audio equipment, with a focus on how they function.
  • Product Development Experience: Proven success in new product development, with a strong understanding of the product lifecycle.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to see projects through from concept to delivery.
