Marine Fire Protection Specialist Position

We are recruiting a skilled Marine Fire Protection Specialist to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional estimates for domestic and international naval clients.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Fire Protection Specialist to craft expert estimates, collaborate with sales teams, and communicate effectively with marine clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Detailed estimate creation tailored to the needs of international marine clients.
  2. Working closely with sales teams to manage enquiries, oversee projects, and track quotations.
  3. Effective communication with marine clients, providing quotes and resolving technical queries.
  4. Collaboration with project managers and engineers to ensure smooth contract handovers and address any questions.
  5. Negotiation of quotations with suppliers and subcontractors.
  6. Maintenance of up-to-date knowledge of marine regulations, ensuring compliance and quality in all projects.
Requirements:
  1. In-depth understanding of fire protection systems.
  2. Background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  3. Proven experience in creating detailed estimates.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project.
  5. Familiarity with marine regulatory standards (desirable).
  6. Ability to interpret complex Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents (desirable).
