This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Manufacturing Systems Engineer to join our leading aerospace manufacturing client in the West Midlands. As a key member of the New Product Introduction team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of business targets and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in CNC programming, utilizing 3D CAD/CAM software, particularly NX and Team Centre. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide Manufacturing Engineering expertise during the APQP process, contributing to PFD, PFMEA, and DFMA activities. Your responsibilities will include creating precise CNC programmes and detailed work instructions from 3D models to support the production of complex machined components, developing and refining manufacturing systems and processes, and coordinating with global Manufacturing Engineering teams to ensure process consistency and scalability.

We are offering a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 33 days' annual leave, life assurance, company pension contribution, and a comprehensive flexible benefits package. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience
  2. Proficiency in CNC programming using 3D CAD/CAM software, particularly NX and Team Centre
  3. Extensive experience with DFM, DFSS, APQP, Lean methodologies, and Zero Defects
