Job Summary:
Hoop Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and driven HR Advisor to join their team in Cardiff. As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process, managing HR inboxes, conducting meetings, and assisting with absence management and wellbeing checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist with job descriptions, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and other recruitment-related tasks.
- HR Inbox Management: Manage and respond to HR-related emails and queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Meetings and Inductions: Conduct probation reviews, inductions, and other meetings as required.
- Absence Management: Assist with absence management, relationship management, and wellbeing checks.
- Onboarding and Induction: Support the onboarding and induction process for new starters.
- HR Support: Assist the HR team with grievance and disciplinary procedures.
- Travel: Travel to sites as required.
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 3 (Desirable): A CIPD Level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Strong IT Skills: Strong IT skills, including experience with HRIS systems.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Recruitment Experience: Experience supporting the recruitment process.
- HRIS Systems: Experience with HRIS systems.
- Employment Legislation: Understanding of employment legislation.
