About the Nursery Educator Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team at Archway Nursery School in Blandford Forum. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating and safe environment for our children to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching under the EYFS framework to encourage a love of learning in our children.
  • Ensure the well-being and safety of all children, providing rich and stimulating experiences that cater to their individual needs.
  • Build strong relationships with the team to create a collaborative and inspiring working environment.

About You:

  • You hold a Level 3 or above qualification in child development and have a minimum of 6 months' experience as an Early Years Educator or working with children under the age of 5.
  • You possess knowledge and understanding of the EYFS and reflect the Storal values of responsibility, openness, and teamwork.
