Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Tradesperson to join our team at ARC Group. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance work on domestic properties, including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and plastering. You will work in a fast-paced environment, completing tasks efficiently and effectively while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out maintenance work on domestic properties, including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and plastering
* Work in a fast-paced environment, completing tasks efficiently and effectively
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

* Experience in maintenance and repair work in void residential properties
* Ability to complete relevant certification for Plumbing works
* Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative
* Holder of a full current driving licence
