Software Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team at Premier Group Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that meet the needs of our clients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global IoT service provider who is looking to add a Software Engineer to their growing team. The business has a strong presence in the market and provides a variety of leading products across sectors like Security, Retail, Telecare, Health & Safety, and Environmental Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C#,.Net Framework or Core, and other relevant technologies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software deployment.
  • Contribute to the development of testing frameworks and ensure thorough testing of software applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in software development using C#,.Net Framework or Core, and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and SOLID principles.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks.
  • Cloud experience, preferably with Azure.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
