Job Overview:

Become a key player in developing business opportunities in bridging and development finance by engaging with senior-level clients and brokers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Discuss deal enquiries with senior-level clients and brokers and structure complex cases.
  • Maintain a diary of appointments and develop strong relationships with the broker network.
  • Source new business through various channels, including inbound enquiries and industry publications.
  • Update the CRM system with all interactions and meetings.
  • Help achieve company targets and business development objectives.

This role requires previous experience in Bridging, Property BDM, or similar roles in financial services. Strong relationship-building skills and trust-building abilities are necessary.

The salary range for this position is approximately £55,000 - £75,000 per year.
