Senior Client Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Manager to join our dynamic team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of clients, overseeing workflow, deadlines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a diverse client base, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Leading a team of accountants, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, retention, and expansion.
  • Collaborating with senior management to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • ACA or ACCA qualified with significant experience in a senior role within accountancy practice.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships, leading teams, and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, and fee recovery.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and colleagues to achieve business objectives.
