As a key member of our team, the Dispense Equipment Expert will be responsible for ensuring that all beer dispense equipment and gas systems are installed, serviced, and maintained to a high standard. This includes completing service calls in a timely and professional manner, championing quality by following all quality control and assurance procedures, and working closely with the sales team to provide world-class service.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience in cellar technology, a full clean UK driving license, and excellent problem-solving skills. They will also be able to work well under pressure and be flexible with working hours. Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per year, including benefits such as training and development opportunities, free beer, and discounts at our venues.
