About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in a luxury hotel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus that showcase the freshest ingredients sourced from local suppliers.
  • Lead by example and ensure all kitchen staff adhere to strict health and safety protocols.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff supervision.
  • Collaborate with the hotel's management team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain our hotel's reputation for excellence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Knowledge of food safety management, health and safety protocols, and COSHH regulations.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations.
