The Role

We are seeking an experienced Recoveries Handler for our leading insurance company in Rochdale. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a small, friendly team, managing a caseload of up to 300 claims and negotiating settlements with insurers and solicitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate settlements for credit hire, repair, storage, and uninsured losses
  • Investigate and resolve liability and quantum disputes
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, referrers, and insurers
  • Process payments and manage incoming communications
  • Maintain and manage a caseload of up to 300 claims

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, credit hire experience (preferred), and knowledge of ABI GTA and motor accident claims. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly the Pro Claim system, is beneficial. If you're a confident negotiator with an investigative mind and excellent telephone manner, apply now for this position.
