We are seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our team at a well-established client in the industry. As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their queries, working closely with colleagues in the parts and service department, managing stock and ordering parts, and serving as the first point of contact for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with their queries in person, on the phone, and via email
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the parts and service department to ensure seamless customer service
  • Manage stock levels and order parts as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in parts, stock management, customer service, construction, or plant machinery
  • Full driving license
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer interactions
