About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Storehouse Assistant at HMP Hollesley Bay. As a Storehouse Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our facilities, ensuring that all inventory is accurately managed and stored.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records
- Receive, store, and issue stock as required
- Ensure all stock is properly labeled and stored
- Conduct regular stock checks to prevent loss or damage
- Work collaboratively with the Facilities Maintenance Team to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of inventory management principles
- Ability to lift and move stock as required
