About the Role- Manage a team of Registered Nurses, Nurse Associates, and Health Care Assistants to ensure the delivery of excellent care to our residents.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
- Oversee the ordering, handling, storage, administration, recording, and disposal of medication.
- Act as the Named Nurse for residents allocated to your unit, with responsibility for the oversight, review, and update of their care profiles.
