Assistant Store Manager - Stirling

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in commercially managing the store to maximise profitability through the retail plan.
  • Drive sales, manage costs, and deliver our brand through the visual proposition.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate exceptional standards of behaviour to maintain the integrity of the brand.
  • Train, coach, and develop your team to support the completion of appraisals and performance reviews.
  • Proactively analyse financial data, retail and company strategy, and use local/industry knowledge to maximise sales opportunities.
