Support Worker

As a Care Assistant with City & County Healthcare Group, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safer and more supported lives in their own homes. You will follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, helping clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet, and support them with their medication. You will also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
Your Skills and Experience
While previous social care experience is not necessary, we are looking for individuals who are compassionate, resilient, and willing to learn new skills and develop their knowledge as part of a close-knit team. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same, and you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
