We are seeking a talented UX Executive to lead our digital experience strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advocating positive user experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with product owners, UX researchers, and marketing teams to define requirements for website and application improvements.

* Translate business requirements into positive user experiences and behaviors.

* Analyze websites and applications for performance and user behavior.

* Work with the UX Researcher to understand user experiences with websites and develop insights that support improvements.

* Produce wireframes, prototypes, interactive designs, and user flows for testing and presenting to users.

* Refine designs, spot new opportunities, and suggest changes before further development/implementation.

Requirements:

* Experience in wireframing and prototyping user flows and processes.
