Job Title: Senior Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Office Coordinator to join our team at BlueVoyant. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
Organize office operations, procedures, and policies
Assist with arrangements for visitors to the office
Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease
Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services
Asset management
Address employee queries regarding office management issues
Answering phone calls
Call answering service management
Booking travel and accommodation
Shipping
General office errands

Requirements:

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
