Sales Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Auxeris. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion across our industry-leading battery electric vehicle and EVTOL portfolios.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts and reporting
- Engage with prospects and clients to build strong relationships and drive sales
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success
- Exceptional sales skills, with the ability to consistently exceed targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and prospects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a keen focus on results
- Competitive salary: £45,000 GBP, with a flat 20% commission (OTE £120,000 - £150,000)
