As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be part of a team that provides a nurturing environment for children to play, learn, and develop. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and delivering activities in accordance with the EYFS framework
* Observing, supporting, and extending children's learning
* Creating individual learning journey records and evaluating key children's learning and development progress
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide a high-quality service
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioner qualification, such as NVQ, NNEB, CACHE, or a recognised equivalent
* A good understanding and working knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Experience as a key worker within an early years setting is desirable but not essential
