We are seeking a Transport Supervisor to provide leadership support for our logistics colleagues based at Kent Frozen Foods site in Aylesford. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation network, including managing drivers, fleet, and logistics operations.

In this role, you will be involved in a wide variety of tasks from an operational and HR perspective. You will be a proven leader who has high standards and is expected to lead by example. Knowledge of transport legislation is desired, with the ability to ensure that both drivers and fleet remain within legal standards at all times.

The successful candidate will be customer-facing, both internally and externally, and will be expected to be proactive and able to resolve day-to-day service queries. You will be professional, positive, and not afraid to take accountability.
