Job Title: Special Needs Education Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate PMLD Teacher to join our team at Protocol Education Ltd. As a PMLD Teacher, you will be responsible for creating tailored learning experiences that meet the unique needs of students with profound and multiple learning disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification, proven experience in working with students with PMLD, and strong knowledge of differentiated teaching approaches and alternative communication strategies. The successful candidate will also have a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create personalized learning plans that cater to the diverse needs of students with PMLD.
  • Collaborate closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to provide a holistic approach to education and care.
  • Develop and implement engaging, creative, and sensory-rich learning activities that promote student growth and development.

Salary: £120 – £180 per day
