We are seeking an experienced and passionate Educatory Specialist to support the academic, social, and personal growth of students at our local primary school in Witney.

• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to drive improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to create a supportive learning environment.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that fosters academic excellence and social development.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience in primary education, preferably with a focus on creative teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.

The estimated salary range for this position is based on national averages for primary education teachers in the UK. We offer a competitive annual salary of £42,000, depending on experience.
