SS&C Technologies Seeks Employee Relations Specialist

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing timely and trusted advice to SS&C EMEA on all aspects of employment law. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to recognize when an issue is high risk/complex.

About the Role
  • Respond to queries from employees and managers, building trusted professional relationships where necessary.
  • Provide guidance on company policy and local employment legislation.
  • Ensure HR matters are handled in a timely, fair and consistent manner.
  • Support managers in performance management of employees.
  • Review flexible working requests, investigations, probation reviews, disciplinary and grievance cases.
  • Participate in investigations, termination reviews, disciplinary and grievance hearings.
  • Actively manage sickness issues in partnership with the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrable experience within a complex and fast-paced HR environment.
  • Excellent understanding of HR policy and employment law legislation.
  • Ability to recognize when an issue is high risk/complex.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage own workload efficiently and effectively.
  • High levels of integrity.
