Job Description

As a Dedicated Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping tasks.

You will work collaboratively with our care team to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of each client. Your dedication and compassion will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients and their families.

In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives while developing your skills and expertise as a support worker.

Requirements
  • A vehicle with a current, clean driving license, MOT, and insurance that covers 'Business purposes'
  • A mobile phone (provided by the company)

We are looking for a self-motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care services. You should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £22,500 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
