FM Conway Ltd is seeking a skilled Traffic Management Specialist to join their team in Sevenoaks. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires working day and night shifts at the depot.

The role involves carrying out services including setting up temporary traffic lights, installing, maintaining and removing traffic management. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for ensuring public safety while managing traffic flow at construction sites.

The duties of the role include:

  • Setting up temporary traffic lights as required
  • Assisting with traffic diversion
  • Maintaining and removing traffic lights within the required timeframe
  • Managing traffic flow and ensuring compliance with traffic signals
  • Working closely with the management team and other crews
  • Ensuring site safety and conducting on-site assessments
  • Responding to emergencies and notifying relevant personnel
  • Participating in an on-call rota if required

To be considered for this position, you must have knowledge of traffic management operations, a valid CSCS card, a 7.5T license, traffic management Lanta M5 operative ticket, TTMBC and all 12D qualifications. You should also be able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings and adhere to provided RAMS.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
