Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer-3D CAD

Join our client, a leading company in the field of biomethane production, as a Mechanical Design Engineer-3D CAD. We are seeking a skilled engineer to deliver projects in Anaerobic Digestion and CNG.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with experience in mechanical design, operation, and optimization, troubleshooting, compliance in Anaerobic Digestion, CNG, liquid organic waste management, and biogas production. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering project tasks and designs, working with the internal team and process contractors/suppliers at various stages in the project life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver project tasks and designs to specification, within agreed time frames and budget.
  2. Work with the internal team and process contractors/suppliers to deliver projects.
  3. Develop and maintain mechanical designs and specifications, process calculations, process flow diagrams, and developing specifications.
  4. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Environmental Engineering or similar.
  2. Experience in mechanical design, operation, and optimization, troubleshooting, compliance in Anaerobic Digestion, CNG, liquid organic waste management, and biogas production.
  3. Full UK driving licence, prepared for regular UK and occasional overseas travel.
