Commercial Insurance Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Advisor to join our team in Kendal. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and providing exceptional customer service to ensure their insurance needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Account Executives to retain and generate new business by leveraging strategy information and managing contract reviews and midterm changes.
- Strive to meet sales goals by partnering with Account Executives.
- Manage all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide best-in-class service and drive growth.
- Perform critical client functions, including evaluating risks, reviewing loss experience, cash flow, and financials, developing solutions, articulating impact of options, leveraging prepared analytics, and making recommendations to clients across product lines.
- Serve as a client contact for day-to-day needs and answer standard or more difficult client questions to improve the client experience.
What You'll Need:
- Commercial Insurance knowledge, ideal from a Handler, Underwriting, or Claims background.
- Ambitious nature and a keen contributor within a team environment.
- Articulate with strong client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
