Conveyancing Solicitor

ACS Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team. As a key member of our Conveyancing department, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion. This will include sales and purchase, re-mortgage, transfer of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions. You will be expected to process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis, liaising directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders. Your primary responsibilities will include developing professional relationships with clients and other potential sources of work, generating a fee income in line with agreed targets, and managing your own work allocation, productivity, and quality of work with minimum supervision. To be successful in this role, you must have a relevant qualification (solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or experience of managing your own caseload, recent practical experience of working in the legal profession, a proven track record in Conveyancing client case management and fee earning, and be commercially astute with a commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care.
