Starbucks Store Manager Job Description

Role: Lead and inspire a team of baristas and store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Location: Louth, LN11 0WA

Hours: Full-Time / Permanent

Salary: Up to £29,500 (Depending on experience)

Bonus Scheme: Quarterly Bonus Incentive

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Store Manager to lead our Starbucks store in Louth. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store appearance and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of baristas and store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase profitability and drive business growth.
  • Monitor and control waste, labor, and customer service standards to ensure optimal store performance.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous store management experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
