Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our team at The Aviary Nursery. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality childcare and education to our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a stimulating learning environment that encourages children to learn and develop through play, writing, and sharing observations of the children and planning for their development.
  • Commit to providing quality childcare and have a good working knowledge of child development and the Early Years Foundation stage.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for our children.
  • Contribute to the development of our nursery's approach to teaching and learning in the early years.
Requirements:

  • Experience of working with children (0-5 years) and their families.
  • NVQ 3 or equivalent in childcare.
  • Inclusive attitude and a love of working with children.
