Our charity shops play a vital role in supporting the community by raising funds for Birmingham Hospice. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Floor Supervisor, supporting the Retail Area Manager and Superstore Manager in the day-to-day operations of the shopfloor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Manage and maintain a high-performing shopfloor team, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Assist in the implementation of sales strategies and targets, driving business growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with the Retail Area Manager and Superstore Manager to achieve business objectives and goals

Requirements:
