Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent Team Leader to join our team at Barnard Marcus. As a key member of our residential sales team, you will be responsible for leading by example and delegating tasks to ensure the delivery of an effective, efficient, and professional estate agency service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Helping the Branch Manager in running a profitable and well-organised office
  • Leading by example and delegating tasks to exceed performance and targets
  • Optimising opportunities to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, conveyancing, sales, and mortgage introductions
  • Motivating your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to flourish in their career

Requirements

  • Preferably an experienced Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Residential Sales Manager, Sales Negotiator, Lister, or Valuer looking to progress
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A Full UK driving licence
