Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Beauty Therapist to join our team at RECRUIT123 LIMITED. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality beauty treatments to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience working as a Beauty Therapist, with a portfolio of successful beauty treatments and a Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification. You will also have experience in BIAB gel nails, Lycon/Hot Waxing, and strong technical skills and proficiency in a variety of beauty treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their skincare concerns and recommend appropriate treatments and products
  • Maintain a clean and organised treatment room and adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
  • Provide a range of treatments, including massage, facials, waxing, builder gel nails, pedicures, hot wax intimate, LVL, HD brows, Efile, laser, facial peels and advanced skincare
  • Retail and service targets
  • Upselling, cross-promotions

What We Offer:

Salary:£14,277 part time up to £25,012 per year full time, depending on experience, plus £300 per quarter paid on individual targets being achieved.

Hours: Core hours of business are;

Monday 9am 5.15pm / Tuesday/Wednesday 9am 6.15pm / Thursday/Friday 9am 6.45pm and Saturday 9am 4.15pm.

Working various shift patterns full-time or part-time hours hours per week.
