At Logistics People, we have an exciting opportunity for a reliable and skilled HGV Class 1 driver to work on a Full Time Equivalent (FTE) basis at our Fowler Welch Aylesford depot. This role involves working with the latest vehicles, ensuring vehicle safety and efficiency while complying with all relevant legislation. With a strong commitment to driver safety and well-being, we provide up-to-date training and resources to support your career growth.
The ideal candidate will have a valid HGV 1/C+E Licence, no more than 6 points, and current valid DCPC & Tacho cards. You should also understand and comply with Driver's hours and WTD legislation. Competitive pay rates include Monday - Friday Days: £18.50 P/hr, Monday - Friday Nights: £20.00 P/hr, Saturday Days & Nights: £24.00 P/hr, Sunday Day: £28.00 P/hr and Sunday Nights: £30.00 P/hr. Our annual salary estimate is around £60,000, dependent on hours worked.
