About the Role:

Energi People is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team in a Buyer role. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of services and equipment on various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the process of procuring services and equipment for our company's projects
  • Work closely with project teams and customers to deliver a service that meets their requirements
  • Support the procurement and supply chain team with the prequalification of existing and new supply chain partners
  • Assess all quotes and commercial terms, and lead technical and commercial analysis
  • Present and gain approval of Tender Recommendations from customers in accordance with the Procurement Strategy and Schedule
  • Expedite and support engineering and construction teams to deliver procured items in accordance with the Project Schedule

Requirements:

  • Experience in a procurement role within construction or engineering
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel
  • Experience of EU and UK supply chains
  • Full UK driving license
  • Experience of working with construction contractors
  • Experience delivering complex procurement packages
