We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager with a deep understanding of mechanical processes to oversee all electrical systems for high-rise residential apartment projects. This role requires proven leadership skills and extensive experience managing electrical works on large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

**Project Management:** Lead and coordinate electrical installations, ensuring alignment with design specifications, budgets, and project timelines. Our ideal candidate will have expertise in managing complex electrical projects from start to finish.

**Health & Safety:** Enforce compliance with safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, and ensure a safe working environment on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a healthy and safe working atmosphere for all team members.

**Procurement:** Manage procurement of electrical materials, ensuring timely delivery and efficient resource use. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential for this role.

**Client Liaison:** Serve as the primary on-site contact for the client, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are vital for building strong relationships with clients.

**Team Leadership:** Supervise the on-site electrical team, including subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration and performance. The right candidate will have experience in leading diverse teams and fostering a culture of excellence.

**Quality Control:** Conduct quality inspections to ensure all electrical work meets required standards and specifications. A keen eye for detail and analytical skills are necessary for this position.

**Reporting:** Maintain site documentation and provide regular updates on progress, finances, and risks to senior management. Strong organizational and administrative skills are required for this role.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical project management, preferably in high-rise residential or large commercial developments.
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, fire safety).
  • Health and safety certifications such as SMSTS.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
