**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Academic Programme Administrator. This is a full-time, indefinite position that requires excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and delegate tasks appropriately.

The successful candidate will work closely with Heads of Department on strategic planning in areas of student provision and provide leadership and line management to Programme Officer and Senior Programme Officer roles.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • To ensure timely and effective provision of taught programmes in accordance with university and Faculty priorities, timelines, and policies.
  • To provide high-quality administrative support to programme teams, including ensuring consistency of process, quality, and efficacy of service.
  • To lead and manage staff resource allocation to ensure consistent and effective service delivery.

**Requirements:**

  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and delegate tasks appropriately.
  • Strong numeracy skills and ability to extract, analyze, and present complex numerical data to drive decision-making.

**Estimated Salary:** £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
